When
We meet on Wednesday evenings, with a short break over the main summer holiday period. Get in touch for the current start time and the exact dates, as these can shift slightly around bank holidays and club events.
Where
Our meetings are held at St Matthews Sports & Social Club, St Matthews Road, Burntwood, WS7 9EP. Get in touch before your first visit and we will let you know the start time. You will be assured of a very warm welcome.
What to Expect
A relaxed evening with a chat over refreshments, a short update on our current projects, and occasionally a guest speaker. There is no pressure to join anything, we just enjoy the company of anyone curious about what Rotary does.

Do I need to book to come to a meeting?
It helps if you let us know you are coming, so get in touch beforehand, but you are welcome to just turn up.
Is there a cost to attend?
Visiting as a guest is free. Some events, like our Christmas Quiz Night, have a small ticket price to cover costs.
What should I wear?
Whatever you are comfortable in. Our meetings are relaxed, there is no dress code.
