On Tuesday 6 October, members of Burntwood Rotary pulled on their hi-vis jackets and went litter picking around Burntwood, collecting rubbish from the verges and hedgerows along Norton Lane, from The Star Inn down to Hospital Road.
Where we cleared
- Norton Lane, from The Star Inn to Hospital Road
- All along Hospital Road and the adjacent sports field
- The triangle of Hospital Road, Ogley Hay Road and Hanney Hay Road

We finished with several bags of litter. We had a lovely sunny day for it, and the exercise did us all good.
Caring for our community
Keeping Burntwood clean and green is one of the many ways our members give back to the place we live. If you would like to help with projects like this, get in touch or find out about joining us.
